A bi-lingual publication project on women rights. In 2014 as the President of Inner Wheel Club Karachi Metropolitan, Niilofur took the initiative to publish this handbook to create awareness of the Constitutional Rights of women and laws that protect them against sexual harassment , rape, domestic violence, inheritance and marital issues and child custody in Pakistan. It was widely distributed free of cost among youth, women workers and professionals.
