Niilofur Farrukh was the Pakistan Commissioner to the third iteration of the Asian Art Biennale Bangladesh . It was organised by the Shilpakala Academy under the rubric ‘Art for Peace and Understanding’. Artists and scholars from seventeen countries participated in the exhibition and seminar. Ismail Gulgee and Meher Afroz were among the artists that represented Pakistan at the Biennale and Niilofur Farrukh presented a paper at the seminar.
